Tracy A. Heider Winrow is a graduate of Upsala College and Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She has been an active member of the Florida bar since 1999, and the Virginia bar since 1996. She has lived in Boca Raton, Florida since 1999.
In 1996, Tracy was admitted to the Virginia Supreme Court and had practiced law in Virginia from 1996 through 1999 in the areas of Wills and Trusts, Business Law, Collections and Enforcement of Liens, and Taxation.
In 1999, Tracy became a member of the Florida bar and concentrates her practice in the following areas: Taxation and Accounting; Estate Planning; Probate and Trust Administration; Guardianship Law; Real Estate; and Business Law. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law and Taxation Sections of the Florida Bar and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
Tracy has an Accounting Degree and received her Certified Public Accounting License in August 2013. She performs a wide parameter of Taxation and Accounting Policies and Procedures.
Tracy is an active member of Saint Jude Catholic Church since 1999 and is a member of the Counsel of Catholic Women. She provides services to the members of the community. Tracy is an active member of the community of American Heritage School Boca/Delray, Florida and the University of Florida.
